This store is operated by Roak. By visiting the store or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.

Products

Roak offers digital music downloads, album-release bundles, and limited physical collector items. Product descriptions, prices, availability, release timing, and shipping details may change when necessary. We try to keep product pages accurate, but we may correct errors or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

Digital content license

Digital music, files, PDFs, artwork, and written materials purchased or downloaded from Roak are for personal use only. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright, publishing rights, master rights, artwork rights, or permission to redistribute, resell, upload, sublicense, sample, or commercially exploit the content.

Physical and limited items

Limited physical products may be signed, numbered, handmade, personalized, or fulfilled on a deferred schedule tied to the Life In Ultraviolet release cycle. Availability is limited and may not be restocked.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Shopify checkout. We may refuse, cancel, or refund an order if payment fails, fraud risk is detected, required information is missing, or fulfillment becomes impossible.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required.
