Shipping policy

Roak ships physical products from the United States. Digital-only products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Digital delivery

Digital downloads are delivered through Shopify's digital delivery system after purchase. Check your inbox, promotions folder, and spam folder if the delivery email does not appear right away.

Physical shipping

Shipping rates are shown at checkout. U.S. shipping uses product-tier flat rates based on the item type and weight. International shipping, when available, is calculated at checkout by the available carrier services.

Deferred physical items

Some Life In Ultraviolet physical products are tied to the album release schedule. The final CD and Bound Edition are expected to ship after the final song releases on May 21, 2027. Handwritten lyric pages are available for released songs and ship separately from future deferred album items when applicable.

Shipping address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact admin@roakofficial.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost, returned, or damaged packages

If a package is lost, returned, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant tracking information or photos. We will review the issue and help with the available carrier or replacement options.
